Day one unfortunately, was mostly a travel day for us.
We started in Ottawa ON, and after two flights (one delayed) and over 3000 miles, we finally landed in Vegas.
Our luck was starting out pretty good as we were upgraded to a Jeep instead of a mid-size car because Alamo was all out of cars and the guy at the counter hooked us up when we told him it was our first time in Vegas.
So we get out of the airport and try to follow the directions the guy gave us and after a few wrong turns we found our way downtown to the Golden Nugget, the Hotel we were staying at.
